Ingredients:

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces spaghetti
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for added protein

PREPARATION:

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Add cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss until evenly coated. Stir in cooked ground beef or Italian sausage, if desired.

Assemble: Transfer spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti mixture.

Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finish: Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the cheese.
