Cheesy Airfryer Chicken Delight



  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for garnish


  1. Preheat your Airfryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in to coat evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the Airfryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. If your Airfryer is small, you may need to cook in batches.
  5. Cook the chicken in the Airfryer for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts, flipping halfway through the cooking time. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  7. Return the chicken to the Airfryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Carefully remove the chicken from the Airfryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
