1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound cooked crab meat, flaked

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves, for serving


In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp and crab meat.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and parsley until well combined.

Pour the dressing mixture over the shrimp and crab meat. Add the celery and red onion. Gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

When ready to serve, line a serving dish or individual plates with lettuce leaves. Spoon the seafood salad onto the lettuce.

Garnish with additional fresh dill or parsley if desired.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
