Broccoli Cauliflower Salad




  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, red onion, raisins or dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
