Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole



  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands! biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the biscuit quarters on top of the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the biscuit pieces.
